    We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting and lucrative opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM. • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year. • Establish a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents. • Effectively communicate with management and team. • Able to handle, track, and close 30+ team leads per month. • Join the company’s culture of synergy by participating in huddles, team meetings and outings to build a sense of camaraderie with other agents as well as networking opportunities. Qualifications: Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Show a track record of real estate success Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Current CA Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining a CA Real Estate License. • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career. • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude. • Team Player • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs. • Show good organizational and time management skills. Compensation: $85,000 + Commission Based
