Responsibilities: Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Qualifications: Driven to succeed in sales and in life Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Compensation: $50,000+ Commission based income
