We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Agent Concierge. The primary role of this position is to seamlessly integrate new agents into our company by introducing them to our tools and platforms, ensuring they are well-equipped to thrive. A secondary responsibility will involve handling our social media marketing initiatives. Real estate experience is not mandatory, but a passion for teaching and a flair for technology are essential. Responsibilities: Agent Onboarding: • Facilitate the onboarding of new agents into the company. • Ensure all onboarding documentation and processes are completed. • Address any queries or concerns from new agents, acting as their primary point of contact. Platform Training: • Organize regular training sessions on our platforms and tools for new agents. • Stay updated on platform changes and updates to ensure accurate training. • Create agent engagement through on going training/workshops • Provide one-on-one support for agents who require additional assistance. Social Media Marketing: • Manage and oversee the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and content. • Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze metrics to drive engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing team for any promotional campaigns or events. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration or in a related discipline • 3+ years of experience in Administrative duties • Proficiency with CRM software • Critical thinking & problem solving skills • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Comfortable with creating social media posts and digital marketing Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
