Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Acquisition lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
