Responsibilities: • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
