Responsibilities: • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Find acquisition properties • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 commissions
