Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Lead follow up • Team player • Lead generation • Scripts mastery • Follow the team plan Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
