Licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers • Lead follow up • Real Estate Sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute consultations Qualifications: • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions
