Responsibilities: • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Convert Listing Leads into signed listing contracts and closed deals Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Show good organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Tech savvy • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Compensation: $70,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
