Rearden Steel Manufacturing is looking to hire a Part Time/Independent Contractor Shop Welder - Structural Steel Fabricator - Field Installer. This position could turn into full time.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS OF THE Welder/Fabricator Fabricate and weld structural steel tubes, components and sub-assemblies.

Reads and interpret technical drawings, fabrication plans, cut list and documents

Cut and prep all material for fabrication.

Fabricate and weld to spec

Proficient in welding MIG, Stick...TIG Welding a Plus - Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the following:

Metal Working, welding and fabrication

Certifications a PLUS, but not required

Operating general construction equipment: Forklift, Scissor lift, Boom lift, job site generator, engine driven welders

Must be at least 21 years of age

US Citizen or Authorized to work in the United States

Valid Driver’s License required

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

Read, speak, and comprehend English

clean driving record

must be able to pass a background check and drug test
