** Job Title:** Rebar Detailer/Estimator
** Location:** Tampa, FL
** Salary:** $75,000 – $90,000 per year

** Role Overview:**
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Rebar Detailer/Estimator in Tampa, FL. This role involves estimating rebar projects, creating precise shop drawings, reviewing others’ drawings, interpreting architectural and structural plans, and collaborating with teams to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines. Precision, efficiency, and strong communication skills are key to success in this position.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare accurate rebar shop drawings and project estimates.
• Review and perform quality control on outsourced drawings.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all projects.

** Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in rebar detailing and estimating.
• Strong ability to review and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience with Shear97 software is a plus.
• Background in construction or engineering preferred.
