Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to discover their property wants and needs, then find properties that meet those needs • Write and negotiate contracts • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Open houses regularly • Attend daily team huddles and weekly meetings • Client database management, e-mail/text/phone communication • Prospecting Qualifications: • CURRENT ALABAMA REAL ESTATE LICENSE - PREFER AT LEAST 3 CLOSED TRANSACTIONS • COMPLETION OF WIZEHIRE ASSESSMENT AND APPLICATION QUESTIONS (candidates who do not complete these steps will be disqualified from consideration) • Positive attitude and high motivation to succeed • High integrity • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Thrives in a team environment • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies • Willingness to maintain a structured work/life balance • Must maintain a reliable vehicle and means of transportation at all times Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+
