    Job Description

    I'm looking to hire sales reps to be part of the team and work directly with me as the CEO of Rebelfit.io LLC.

    As a sales rep, you take pre-screened, high quality calls (this vastly improves your close % to sell high ticket ($3000+) fitness programs to potential clients. Training will be provided. I'm looking for energetic, hungry individuals. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY. In fact, I prefer to have someone with zero experience so they can learn to do it my way.

    Literally the only qualifications are a hunger to succeed, freedom of time and desire to work each day (one or two days off a week, if you want, to prevent burn out). How much you earn is determined solely by you. How many sales calls you take is determined solely by you. I'll be funneling HIGH QUALITY, PRE-SCREENED leads to you. There's no cold outreach, there's no beating about the bush with potential clients. They come to you because they WANT to be sold.

    This vastly, vastly improves your close %. Typical industry average close % is 10-30%. With this funnel system of only taking calls from pre-screened, interested, excited leads, that goes up to 60% (70% with my best closers).

    Programs are sold in the $3,000-$7,500 range. It takes an hour to an hour and a half to sell a lead.

    WHAT THE POSITION MUST COMMIT TO

    • Weekly meetings with Team/ Daily training

    • Multiple daily Sales Calls (up to 6 a day, 60-90 min each. up to you how much you want)

    • 40-60+ hour work weeks

    • Some outbound reach in down time to bring more calls

    • Working nights & weekends

    STEP 2: PAY STRUCTURE

    • 5-10% sliding scale. FULL COMMISSION. Start at 5%, as your close rate goes up, so does your commission. PERFORMANCE IS VERY MUCH REWARDED.

    • Bonus structure:

      1. For Every PIF deal (paid in full) sales rep will receive a $50 bonus.
      2. $500 bonus for every 50k in revenue and 25k collected
      3. If you have a call you don't close and hand it off to another sales rep to follow up later, each respective sales rep will receive $150 upon successful close. This incentivizes you guys to ask for help and be a team.
      4. Closing a call that previously said no and getting them to resign based off follow up $300 bonus for a PIF. $100 bonus for a payment plan. Must be able to prove by showing first scheduled call in acuity and follow up texts and calls.
      5. Closing a REOFFER call is $100 bonus (where you offer the lead a cheaper variant of a program)
      6. Closing an organic deal that was self generated is a $200 bonus.
