Responsibilities

Job functions

• Create parametric 3D process equipment designs.
• Create 2D manufacturing drawings for piping, framing, and component mounting.
• Model pipe networks using native and packaged modeling environments.
• Perform FEA analysis of structural steel frames, supports, and skids.
• Work with suppliers to select appropriate components.

Skills you will require

• 3D parametric CAD modeling
• BOM creation
• Assembly drawing package creation
• FEA analysis
• Pressure drop calculations in piping networks
• Familiarity with basic process equipment components

Skills that will make you stand out

• Autodesk Inventor and vault experience
• Native thermal model development in Python environment
• Packaged process equipment design software experience (Aspen, Pipeflo, etc)
• Experience with packaged process equipment in the industrial refrigeration or chemicals industry

This position is full time on premise at our Denver based HQ. You are also expected to travel 25% of the time.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year depending on experience
