FILE CLERK/OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT

FULL TIME OR PART TIME AVAILABLE

File Clerk/Office Support Assistant needed for busy office in Massapequa.

Responsibilities include:

• Alphabetizing weekly Caregiver Time sheets
• Filing of time sheets
• Packaging and mailing out of time sheets and gloves to caregivers and Clients as needed.
• Assisting Billing Department as needed with various tasks: scanning, inputting of authorizations, etc.
• Assist with answering telephones in receptionist absence.
• Assist with checking member eligibility for billing department
• Assist with entering and updating information into computer system as needed.

Ideal position for someone who is returning to the work force or just starting out.

Candidate must be eager to work, have a positive attitude and work well with others.

Must have eye for detail, strong computer skills, be able to multi-task and have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be professional at all times in the office and on the phone.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
