    OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT / EVV SPECIALIST

    Bi-lingual Spanish a plus

    30 HOURS PER WEEK

    Recco Home Care Service, Inc., a NYS Licensed Home Care Agency, is seeking an EXPERIENCED Office Support Assistant to aid support to our office with maintaining our Electronic Visit Verification dashboard.

    Individual will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system for caregivers to ensure they are calling in and out correctly. This will involve linking calls, adjusting calls that are not made correctly, notifying caregiver of issues pertaining to call, etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Daily monitoring of EVV Dashboard and resolving all issues.
    • Linking calls to appropriate client schedules
    • Trouble-shooting discrepancies
    • Contacting caregivers and /or clients, as necessary, to investigate missed calls, phone number errors, overlapping shifts, late or missed calls, etc.
    • Keep up to date with dashboard and ensure all calls are linked in order to process payroll for caregivers.
    • Interact with Coordinating Department and Payroll to handle all issues with regard to caregiver clock in and out correctly
    • Ensuring all calls are linked and schedules are made for each EVV call made.
    • Answer all telephone calls in a professional, knowledgeable, and inviting manner.

    Ideal candidate will have experience with the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance program (CDPAP) and HHA Exchange computer system for home health care.

    Candidate must have strong computer skills, be able to problem solve and spot discrepancies, have verbal and written communication skills and be able to handle a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be professional at all times in the office and on the phone. Must be able to multi-task, and have a great attitude & excellent customer service skills.

    Direct knowledge and experience of HHA Exchange computer software and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is essential. Strong communication and computer skills a must.

    Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required.
