    Receivable Solutions is looking for a talented Sales Rep to join our organization!

    Role and Responsibilities

    The sales representative is responsible for the prospecting, qualifying and acquisition efforts towards new clients for Receivable Solutions. This position is required to maintain strong customer relationships with both prospective and current clients.

    Essential Job Functions:

    Understands the industries served by RSi and our target market within.

    Performs multi-channel prospecting efforts within their assigned territory to qualify prospects and secure face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

    Travels regularly to meet with prospective clients in order to generate new sales.

    Travels regularly to meet with current clients to ensure RSi is positioned well for both customer retention and expansion.

    Responsible for updating CRM system during all phases of activity, including prospecting and customer maintenance efforts.

    Responsible for understanding RSi expectations for new customers across multiple service lines and negotiating terms that are aligned with those expectations.

    Generates annual sales necessary to exceed the revenue goals of RSi.

    Executes upon the prospecting strategy prescribed by the Vice President and senior leadership.

    Both maintains and expands existing customer relationships into additional service lines.

    Regularly meets with leadership regarding goals, performance and expectations.

    Develops, deploys and manages new prospecting approaches in order to shorten sales cycle and drive revenue growth.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or any equivalent education/experience that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Experience with telephone prospecting.

    Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent of the time.

    Self-motivated and comfortable with meeting an individual standard.

    Understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel.
