    Position Summary:

    You think you have what it takes to creatively tackle healthcare processes and patient experience? We are looking for a Director of Client Services located in the Lakeland, Florida community who specializes in Medicaid, Disability, Hospital Revenue Cycle Management, with technology driven solutions. As a Director of Client Services, you will provide leadership to designated areas of responsibility, including direction and supervision of Enrollment staff. Supervises, coordinates, evaluates, and continuously develops all client relationships to ensure the organization is meeting and exceeding all revenue targets and client expectations. This role will manage numerous clients across multiple regions.

    Create and rollout tracking for project priorities for technical staff

    Maintain effective, efficient, and productive operational workflow

    Produce defined financial results within a dynamic healthcare environment which meet and/or exceed customer requirements and company profitability goals.

    Manage short- and long-term P&L.

    Enforce disciplinary action as warranted concerning any employee misconduct.

    Hire, manage and develop a team to matches resource needs.

    Communicate with Senior Management to share client perceptions about services and performance; and to successfully resolve gaps in deliverables.

    Respond to daily questions and concerns raised by client in a timely and responsible manner.

    Responsible for adjusting staff’s duties as may be required to accommodate procedural changes or additional needs that may occur.

    Reports to client locations, may vary from day to day.

    Adheres to and supports organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:

    An understanding of HIPAA and HITECH patient confidentiality laws to protect the patient, client, and Invicta Health Solutions.

    Demonstrated communication, problem solving and case management skills and the ability to act/decide accordingly.

    Exceptional customer service and the ability to plan organize and exercise sound judgment.

    Proficient with technology such as phone systems, computers, Microsoft software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    Experience with managing staff of 10-20 employees.

    Preferred experience with:

    · Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, & Disability policies and procedures

    · Strong knowledge of major hospital systems

    · 5-10+ years of experience in operations management

    **Ability to pass a thorough background check

    Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

    Requires prolonged sitting, standing, or walking some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Requires lifting papers or boxes up to 15 pounds occasionally. Work may be performed inside the hospital or remote site. Work may be stressful at times. Must be an effective communicator with strong problem resolution abilities. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations. Travel to other Invicta Health Solutions Division offices and/or client facilities may be required.

    If working in a hospital setting the normal work routine may involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues (although situations can be imagined or hypothesized under which anyone, anywhere, might encounter potential exposure to body fluids). The candidate selected for this position will not be required to conduct any medical care if they are working in a hospital or remote setting.
