    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY: Are you a bright, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? You’ll organize company events, celebrations, and people-centric campaigns. Be creative and come up with innovative ways to keep employees engaged while maintaining a vibrant culture geared towards retention!

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: •    Create a fun work environment and positive culture •    Create company content and employee engagement activities on social media platform. •    Collaborate with leadership across the business to maintain the impact of the activities on employee engagement and retention. •    Innovate new ways in which employees can be more engaged with their workplace. •    Author HR newsletter and inspire social communications to share work experiences and achievements. •    Drive participation and key innovation events. •    Lead annual Employee Recognition Program  •    Reviewing Employee Engagement survey data •    Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations to continually evolve and implement engagement activities as appropriate. •    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: •    Outgoing, vibrant, and carry a positive attitude •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •    Strong media content and communication background •    Excellent organizational skills and attention to details. •    Able to coordinate and handle many high priority tasks at once •    Excellent time management skills and able to meet deadlines. •    Maintain confidentiality •    Proficient with Microsoft Suites and HR systems.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: •    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred •    At least 3 years of Human Resource experience to include experience with promoting and implanting HR Employee Engagement activities.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: •    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. •    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
