Job Description

The Receiver is responsible for managing the receipt and inspection of all purchased goods to ensure compliance with quality and quantity standards. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect all incoming shipments, verifying quantity, quality, and pricing against purchase orders and vendor invoices
• Perform product verification activities including weighing, counting, and sorting as required
• Identify and resolve delivery discrepancies in a timely manner
• Transport and stock products in appropriate storage locations, including standard, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas
• Maintain proper inventory rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology
• Process departmental requisitions and maintain accurate receiving documentation in the purchasing database
• Assist in unloading delivery trucks and managing receiving dock operations
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the receiving dock, warehouse, and storage facilities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack, forklift, pull-carts and dollies.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds without accommodation.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, and carry.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
