Receiving Warehouse Associate
Essential Job Functions
Perform shipping and receiving functions and other warehouse operations as needed.
Drives stand-up and sit-down Forklift.
Pallet building and pallet picks.
Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.
Loads of goods.
Stacks pallets or other material. Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked.
Loads and unloads product.
Quality assurance (QA) duties, including reporting product damage and shortages.
Shrink wraps goods or otherwise secures them and prepares them for transport.
Weighs and records weights of products
Ensure efficient utilization of space; guarantee proper stock rotation, and promote a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Comply with OSHA regulations as well as company established policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain excellent customer service to our customers and vendors.
Cross train to perform as backup to lead person in as necessary.
Assist in inventory process.
Provide outstanding customer service by handling and responding to all customer inquiries (including Corporate) both timely and accurately. Investigate and resolve all shipment related issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Bilingual
Consistently at work and on time
Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Forklift Experience
Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
Read, comprehend, and write basic correspondence.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
