    Cyclemax is a locally owned company that has been in business since 1974. We sell Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha Motorcycles, Dirt Bikes, ATVs, and Side by Sides as well as Hustler Zero Turn Mowers. We also sell parts and offer maintenance and repair services. Our E-Commerce team specializes in shipping parts to customers who place orders on our websites and our Amazon and eBay stores. We are continuing to grow our E-Commerce team to meet the demands of our online customers and provide them with the same high quality products and customer service that we provide to our local customers.

    About the Position

    We are filling a full time receiving clerk position in our warehouse.

    The receiving clerk has three main responsibilities:

    1: Accurately “check in” products by counting and matching parts to packing slips and invoices.

    2: Accurately transfer data on “checked in” products to our computer based inventory system. Ensuring that all cost and quantity information is correct.

    3: Stow inventory in proper locations and communicate critical data about received parts to our warehouse team and parts department.

    We have recently moved into our brand new heated and cooled warehouse. This position has a consistent schedule with no nights or weekends.

    This position requires, but not limited to:

    -Ability to read english text and accurately verify part numbers.

    -Ability to accurately count parts and match them to purchase orders and invoices.

    -Ability to navigate inventory management software.

    -Ability to properly enter checked in products into inventory software ensuring accurate costs and quantities.

    -Strong math skills to ensure invoices are properly balanced and parts are properly counted.

    -Ability to learn and follow several receiving procedures to prevent disruptions to other processes.

    -Standing, lifting, and moving for multiple consecutive hours.

    -Ability to store inventory in proper bin locations.

    -Working in a fast paced environment.

    -Maintaining a clean and safe environment.

    -Ability to operate an electric pallet jack.

    -The ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    -The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb.

    -Developing a positive working relationship with all other team members.

    -Solid communication skills.

    -Familiarity with inventory control procedures.

    -Ability to think critically and solve problems.

    Additional helpful skills:

    -Ability to navigate shipping vendor websites.

    -Ability to operate a baler.

    -Ability to operate a forklift.

    -Ability to operate an electric pallet stacker.

    -A hunger for personal and professional development.

    This position reports directly to: Receiving Manager

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Pay: Starting at: $15/Hr

    Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8AM-5PM and Friday 9AM-4PM
