    Job Summary:

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, and processing of incoming inventory. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products are ready for fulfillment and that our inventory records are always accurate.

    Responsibilities:

    Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips

    Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report any issues

    Accurately input receiving data into inventory management systems

    Label, sort, and organize products for proper storage or putaway

    Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to maintain workflow

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area

    Assist with periodic cycle counts and inventory audits

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    1+ year experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or receiving role (e-commerce preferred)

    Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or hand trucks

    Basic computer skills (data entry, email, etc.)

    Bonus Points:

    Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.)

    Forklift certification

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
