Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, data entry into QuickBooks, and a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks . The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Manage the front desk
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Accurately take and deliver messages
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
Perform accurate data entry into QuickBooks
Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks
Maintain an organized filing system
Monitor office supplies
Run errands as needed
The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Outlook, and Excel
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Must be able to move 30 lbs.
Must have driver's license and reliable transportation
