Position Overview
The Reception/Registry Staff member is the first point of contact for guests at KidLavie Alabama LLC. This role is responsible for greeting families, handling guest check-ins and registrations, answering inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
Manage guest registration for playground entry, birthday parties, workshops, and events.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about services, packages, and schedules.
Handle reservations, event bookings, and process payments through the POS system.
Maintain accurate records of guest registrations, attendance, and transactions.
Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, art, event staff) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and report preparation.
Address guest inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and POS systems.
Friendly, professional, and reliable.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
