    What You’ll Do

    This position combines administrative support, customer communication, inside sales support, and office coordination.

    Daily responsibilities include:

    Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally and promptly

    Contact new leads quickly and schedule appointments

    Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout projects

    Input and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system

    Prepare invoices, proposals, change orders, and project documents

    Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and vendors

    Track product orders and delivery timelines

    Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or missing items

    Assist with showroom organization and events

    Help prepare for home shows and marketing events

    Set up and assist with email campaigns in CRM software

    Pick up supplies locally when needed

    Support the team wherever needed to keep projects moving smoothly

    CRM experience is a plus

    Experience in customer service, administration, inside sales, or scheduling preferred

    Reliable transportation required

    Starting at $17/hour + performance-based opportunities
