About the Role

Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while supporting office operations and insurance services.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Greet and assist clients in person & over the phone ✅ Handle billing inquiries, policy changes & account updates ✅ Maintain office organization & troubleshoot basic tech issues ✅ Support sales team by identifying potential sales opportunities ✅ Engage with the community & manage client welcome packages

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong customer service & communication skills ✔ Detail-oriented & tech-savvy (Microsoft Office proficiency) ✔ Ability to multitask & work independently ✔ Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain) ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
