    Do you have what it takes to be a world-class Virtual Receptionist working from home in the Phoenix Area? An exciting opportunity exists to join an international virtual receptionist provider. We are seeking Virtual Receptionist with open availability, as we are a 7 days a week business.

    ReceptionHQ is a global success story that provides specialized, professional, outsourced telephone answering services, including messaging and appointment scheduling, all built and delivered on a cloud-based platform serving clients globally. We provide our clients with the professional image of a true receptionist experience, no more answering machines or unreliable voicemails. We keep costs to a minimum and save our clients time and money. As one of our Virtual Receptionists you will be vital to the ReceptionHQ model. Not only will you represent ReceptionHQ to our clients, you will be representing those clients too!

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING.

    • Professionally handling incoming calls for our clients and their callers
    • Providing exceptional customer service
    • Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients.
    • Offering a warm phone presence, generally smiling, being friendly, helpful and positive

    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

    • Preferably call center experience and/or experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner
    • Confidence with computers and typing skills (over 40 wpm)
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Team player, professional attitude and a sense of humor
    • Take pride in the quality of your work in providing a positive client experience.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • A quiet home environment with a dedicated and safe home office
    • A PC with reliable internet connectivity
    • A telephone landline
    • Although the position is predominantly working from home you must have the ability to travel to Phoenix for periodic training, team meetings and without notice in the event of home power/internet outages - reliable vehicle and license is essential.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 1-year Customer Service experience
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
