We are currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist due to rapid growth in the Hampton Roads Market.
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting clients, visitors, and guests warmly, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person or location
Assist in answering phones and redirecting to appropriate employees or department
Receive, sort and forward incoming mail/emails correspondence in a timely manner
Assist in the ordering, receiving, and distribution of office supplies
Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems
Prepare, plan and assist with monthly meeting presentations
Maintain vendor relationships and requirements
Assist with other related clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
Must be able to Pass a Drug Test
Must be able to Pass a Background Check (7 Years)
Must have Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
