We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors while also supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner
Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and office documentation
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and paperwork
Help track orders, freight, and operational records
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers as needed
Support day-to-day office and logistics operations
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
