    About Us: Arroyo Del Oso Property Management is a dynamic and growing property management business dedicated to providing excellent service and support to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a receptionist with additional responsibilities in accounts receivable and payable.

    Job Summary: As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a key role in presenting a professional and welcoming environment. In addition to front desk duties, this role supports the finance team by assisting with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner

    Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries

    Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

    Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

    Support AR functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding accounts

    Assist with AP tasks, including invoice entry, expense tracking, and payment preparation

    Maintain accurate records and filing systems

    Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or business is a plus

    1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably with accounting duties

    Basic understanding of accounts receivable and payable processes

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
