The receptionist / admin assistant provides essential support by answering phone calls to our main office, greeting guests in the lobby, and assisting with any administrative support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional, and inclusive manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain the front desk area and lobby to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management in various departments.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity when working with client or organizational information.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience: Previous experience working as a receptionist, front-desk, or general clerical/administrative role preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in using standard office software, multi-line phone systems, and general office equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
Dependable attendance and punctuality, and ability to maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information.
