Aviosupport, a trusted distributor of aircraft spare parts, is seeking a full time motivated and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a stable and supportive work environment in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Transfer and manage incoming emails.
Scan, file, and organize important company documents.
Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required,
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
