One of Houston’s leading managed service providers is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, learns quickly and can work at a fast pace.
Job Summary:
· Provide general and administrative support, with an emphasis on answering phones and creating job tickets for our customers as well as monitoring the progress of these job tickets from creation to completion in our ticketing system.
Job Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of heavy call volume and administrative experience
· Proficient in Autotask or ticketing tools
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Knowledge of office equipment
· Proficient in Office Suite office applications
· Technical knowledge of PCs and other IT equipment-helpful
· IT Glue experience-helpful
· Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm
· Effectively works well with others
· Self-motivated
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Full time/Part time
