    Receptionist/Administrative Assistant 20-25 hours per week Berecz & Associates, PLC, a family law firm recognized as a Best Place to Work, is growing and seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a professional office while supporting attorneys and legal assistants behind the scenes. Compensation- $15-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with potential for growth and advancement if desired. Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to: • Greet clients and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth • Answer and route incoming phone calls • Respond to emails, text messages, and website inquiries in coordination with team members • Communicate with clients to obtain information and ensure documents are timely completed • Process incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence • Schedule client meetings, collaborative sessions, attorney appointments, and court hearings • Create and maintain contacts, calendars, and schedules • Manage electronic case files, including scanning, saving, and organizing documents in the firm’s electronic filing system • Maintain accurate and up-to-date file notes while ensuring confidentiality and security Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative assistant role; legal experience preferred (family law experience a plus) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of discretion with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards • Compassionate and professional demeanor when working with clients in emotionally sensitive situations • Positive, team-oriented attitude, we value people we enjoy working with every day, and we strive to be those people too Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
