JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist with strong administrative skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience, while also supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
· Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries.
· Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records related to purchase orders and order fulfillment.
· Assist in monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and equipment and reorder points.
· Maintain overall office organization.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Detailed oriented
· Good communication and customer service skills
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED **
· Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
· Excellent time management, organizational, written/verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality

WORK SCHEDULE:
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. You are required to be at your workstation from the start of your shift to the completion of your shift Monday thru Friday
