Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 07:30 am to 05:30 pm with an hour lunch. Friday, 08:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Pay: Determined by experience.
Overview:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, requiring excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a polished, conservative appearance. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across the organization while ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take accurate messages as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Support various departments with clerical duties as assigned.
- Enter items into Microsoft Outlook calendar.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and conservative attire.
