We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is the first point of contact for many clients and plays a key role in supporting our sales and operations teams. Responsibilities: • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls with a positive, customer-focused attitude • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team • Manage the company calendar and keep appointment schedules organized • Assist with various administrative and special projects as assigned • Perform data entry and maintain records using Excel and company systems • Provide general support to office staff and maintain a clean, welcoming front office area • Follow up with customers and team members as needed to ensure service quality Qualifications: • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • A friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player mindset Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
