    RECEPTIONIST JOB SUMMARY - 37.50 hours per week

    As the “face” of the company, the Receptionist will greet and welcome clients, vendors and employees into the facility.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer phones
    • Process mail
    • Administrative tasks
    • You will also work closely with our surety (bonds) producer in a clerical capacity to assist with that specific workload
    • Welcome onsite-visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
    • Maintains lobby appearance
    • Orders, receives and maintains office supplies
    • Logs checks that come via USPS and notify Finance Lead
    • Make electronic deposits

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • You must be tech savvy
    • Administrative experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Proficient in call management systems
    • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 45 pounds
    • Dependable and able to work as part of a team and independently
    • Eagerness to learn about the insurance industry to grow into future roles
