We are looking for like-minded people to join our group practice whose vision is to create beautiful smiles while creating lasting impressions and touching patients' hearts. This position is required to travel between our Carrollwood and Wesley Chapel locations.

No experience, no problem. We are a teaching Oral Surgery practice, and we pride ourselves on our intuitive training protocol. We are looking for GREAT PERSONALITIES, TEAM PLAYER MENTALITY, and someone with FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Responsibilities: ·

Answer and manage incoming calls.

Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office protocols. ·

Ensure cancellations are filled.

Verify, update, and enter patient information into the data system.

Maintain and manage patient records.

Treatment planning

Check-in/Check out

Minimum Education and Experience: ·

High school or equivalent (Required).

Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word

Possess a basic understanding of Dental Insurance, a plus

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis is a plus.

1-year Dental or Medical Office experience.

Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Demonstrating a positive attitude in the face of challenging situations
