  • Responsibilities

    A growing Atlanta office of a large law firm is seeking a Receptionist with 2+ years of experience to support daily office operations. This role is fully onsite and highly client-facing, requiring a polished, professional presence and a strong commitment to service.

    Schedule: 37.5-hour workweek with a one-hour lunch break. Standard hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors; answer and direct incoming calls
    • Schedule conference rooms and coordinate meetings and catering
    • Maintain reception and common areas
    • Provide administrative support, including handling visitor logistics and assisting with projects
    • Support office events and assist with basic conference room technology setup

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of reception, office services, or hospitality experience (law firm preferred)
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage/FileSite a plus
    • Professional, team-oriented, and highly responsive with a client-service mindset
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work occasional overtime
