We are seeking a Receptionist who can manage the reception area on a daily basis and handle various clerical and administrative duties. You will be our company's initial point of contact in your role as a Receptionist. Providing administrative help throughout the company is one of our receptionists' responsibilities. You will extend an inviting welcome to visitors to the establishment. In addition, you will handle front desk operations such as forwarding calls and mail processing. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials • Handle and coordinate patient scheduling Qualifications: • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Handle stressful situations in a professional manner • Computer/Technological experience • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to precise work Part-time Evening hours (21+Hrs.) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
