Job Description:
Must work well with coworkers and management, demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Should consistently project a professional, friendly image in all customer and vendor interactions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer service requests via email/phone, schedule accordingly, and follow-up.
- Resolve customer and vendor issues.
- Scan and file documents while saving both hard copy and digital.
- Must be organized, neat, flexible and able to manage time effectively.
- Must be experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Perform special projects that may require thinking and not just step by step assigned tasks.
