    Job Description: Must work well with coworkers and management, demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Should consistently project a professional, friendly image in all customer and vendor interactions. Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Promptly respond to customer service requests via email/phone, schedule accordingly, and follow-up.
    2. Resolve customer and vendor issues.
    3. Scan and file documents while saving both hard copy and digital.
    4. Must be organized, neat, flexible and able to manage time effectively.
    5. Must be experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
    6. Perform special projects that may require thinking and not just step by step assigned tasks.
