About the Role:

Join Wolff Electrical Services, LLC as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our dynamic team in Wentzville, MO. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service, all while working in a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Manage scheduling and appointments for clients and team members.

Dispatch and assign technicians to jobs.

Understanding geographic areas of St. Charles and St. Louis.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle incoming mail and packages efficiently.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry.

Provide information about company services and offerings.

Support team members with various projects and tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
