    Receptionist skills include excellent organizational ability, familiarity with Microsoft software, and strong communication skills. To be an ideal candidate for the Receptionist position, you should also have some experience in the front office setting. You should be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure. We are looking for a Receptionist to undertake various administrative duties. An essential part of your role will be to act as the liaison between multiple departments and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

    Pay Rate:

    $10-$13/ HR. Based on Experience

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

    Provide clerical and administrative support to department executives

    Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys,etc) and take minutes

    Communicate with public services when necessary

    Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

    Coordinate communication with candidates

    Organize initial orientation for newly hired employees

    Assist our recruiter in different hiring tasks (competency test proctor) for new hires

    Provides support to office staff and Director as assigned

    Conducts Drug-Screening process for new hires

    Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction

    Event Planning, social media management

    Assist with recruiting activities

    Assist with Talent Management and Performance Management activities

    Plan and attend networking and recruitment events, job fairs

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as an HR intern, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position

    The ideal candidate is pursuing a Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or Business degree.

    Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)

    Excellent organizational skills

    Strong communications skills

    High school Dipolma or GED
