    Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

    The Closet Company is seeking a highly organized, proactive and detailed - oriented individual to support leadership and assist with day-to-day administrative, operational and sales support functions for a busy closet company that manufactures and installs its designs.

    This position plays a critical role in keeping projects, communications, deadlines and digital workflows organized and moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking and communicates professionally while taking pride in keeping others organized and on track.

    We need someone who can think ahead, problem solve and manage multiple priorities.

    Responsibilities include:

    Answer the phone and assist clients with scheduling sales appointments

    Assist in keeping paperwork organized and submitted for projects in a timely manner

    Greet clients when they stop by

    Assist with moving approved paperwork through the work flow

    Receive deliveries

    Input invoices into quickbooks

    Respond to emails and other leads that come into the office

    Communication with clients to remind them of upcoming appointments

    This is a part time position, roughly 24 hours a week 9am - 3pm Tuesday through Friday. Starting at $18/hr.
