A well-established and fast-paced door, millwork, and window company is seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Data Entry professional to join their team. Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for answering the phones and directing calls to the correct person
- Greeting and directing customers and vendors when they come into our facility
- Help Will-Call customers with their paperwork
- Breakdown and input invoicing paperwork for purpose of billing customers
- Data Entry assistance for different departments
Required Skills
- Must have customer service experience
- Professionalism with dealing with vendors, coworkers and customers
- Must possess strong team building, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, good organizational skills and able to multi-task
- General computer skills and knowledge of office equipment (10-key, copier, phones, etc.)
