    Assignment: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) - 2/10/2027 (Potential Extension or Temp to Perm)

    Location: Jacksonville, FL( Fully Onsite)

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Shift

    Pay Rate: $21.00/HR, Paid Weekly

     

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Escrow Assistant to support a high-volume Homebuilder Division. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, real estate professionals, lenders, builders, and visitors while also providing administrative and escrow support to the team.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a title company, escrow office, or real estate closing environment. This role requires someone who is professional, highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Reception and Administrative Support
    • Greet clients, real estate agents, lenders, builders, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
    • Schedule conference rooms, closing appointments, and related meetings.
    • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Assist with general office administration and front-desk coverage.
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
    Escrow Support
    • Assist Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants with daily file-processing activities.
    • Open, maintain, and organize escrow files and supporting documentation.
    • Review files for accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist with obtaining missing or outstanding documents.
    • Scan, upload, and maintain electronic file records.
    • Communicate with lenders, builders, real estate agents, and customers regarding file status as directed.
    • Schedule closings and coordinate closing logistics.
    • Assist with document preparation and post-closing activities.
    • Perform additional escrow and administrative duties as assigned.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working in a title company, escrow office, or real estate closing environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
    • Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting residential purchase transactions.
    • Previous experience with homebuilder transactions.
    • Familiarity with title and escrow software systems.
    • Knowledge of escrow processes, title procedures, and real estate closing terminology.

     

    Ideal Candidate

    The successful candidate will be professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable balancing front-desk responsibilities with escrow support duties. They should work well as part of a collaborative team, remain composed in a high-volume environment, and have enough title or escrow experience to contribute effectively from the start.

     

    Working Conditions:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
    • Use of computers and technology.
