Responsibilities: • Client and Visitor Reception: Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression. • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency • Scheduling: Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings for attorneys and staff • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing legal documents • Mail and Courier Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers • Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area, as well as manage and order supplies • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of client information Qualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Available Full-Time • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Professional and friendly demeanor • Ability to maintain confidentiality Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
