  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a personable, organized, and service-oriented professional to support daily resident and guest experiences in a welcoming assisted living environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining a polished front-of-house presence, and helping ensure a positive first impression for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area.
    • Answer incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and provide helpful information.
    • Support check-in and check-out procedures for visitors and scheduled appointments.
    • Assist with resident requests and coordinate with other team members to help resolve concerns.
    • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and document handling as needed.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and internal teams.
    • Assist in the dining room during meals.
    • Assist with clean up after meals.
    • Help ensure front desk procedures are followed consistently and efficiently.
    • Monitor visitor access and maintain appropriate confidentiality and security practices.
    • Contribute to a positive, compassionate, and service-focused community atmosphere.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or a similar front-facing role preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Professional, courteous, and calm demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
    • Basic computer skills, including email, scheduling systems, and common office software.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Flexibility to support varying schedules and operational needs, as applicable.
